The more than 10-year award is officially announced to organize the winning prizes night on December 8, 2008 at Lan Anh Country Club (Hochiminh) by VOH. Specialty of the program is that some aution items of Big Music Stars such as Mr. Dam, Lam Truong, Cam Ly, Ho Ngoc Nga.
The whole event is lived through MEGOTV and live broadcast in HTV9 and voice live at FM 99.9 of VOH.
